August 24, 2020 “An area of critical environmental concern” 🤔
Today as we finished up in Utah it was mainly high speed gravel roads and LOTS OF DUST!!
We hit the car wash in Richfield, and had lunch at McDonalds. Ahhhhhh, the luxury.
But then, more high speed gravel roads.
We went through Kanosh for fuel. There was absolutely no where nice to camp. It was hot, dry desert. We finally found a decent little turn around off the road.
There were constantly signs reminding us that this was “area of environmental concern”. Ok…. why….. who would know? We were near Crystal Peak, seriously in the middle of nowhere.
